Be sure to include your account user name, domain, invoice or order number with the payment so we can properly credit it to you. If you use a Money Order, in the USA we suggest US Postal Money Orders, which are available for a tiny fee at your nearby Post Office.

If you have a PAYPAL.COM account you can send electronic payment to the address "paypal@jtan.com". We are a Verified Business Member of Paypal.com and payment can be made with no fee to you. Be sure to include your account user name and domain in the PayPal payment comments. Note for new accounts: Your PayPal account must be verified and you must include a confirmed shipping address with the payment. PayPal rules require that we ship our "product" (your passwords) to your Confirmed PayPal shipping address. If your account is unverified, or you do not include an address, we will be forced to refund your payment.

Pay By Credit Card

You may pay us direct with a credit card through the JTAN web site Members Area. Connect to https://www.jtan.com/members. Select the option "Pay your Bill" and pay online with Amex, Mastercard or Visa. While you are in the Members Area, you can set your billing preferences so that we automatically bill your credit card when necessary.

Alternatively, the PayPal system allows you to conveniently pay with a credit card or bank draft.

Note for new accounts: For cardholder protection we can only accept Credit Cards issued to US addresses and the billing address of the card must match the billing address of the JTAN account. We will send your password to this address. For existing accounts, we accept international cards, so once you establish credit with us you can use your international card.

Pay By E-Gold

You may pay for JTAN services with Gold (you know, the heavy yellow metal element with atomic number 79) through the E-Gold System. E-gold has the advantage of being international, independent of any government currency, and private.

Our E-Gold account number is 643897. You need to pay an amount of eGold equivalent to the US Dollar value of the service you are purchasing. Add your JTAN username or Order ID to the payment if you can. If you can't, and you don't use our online form, then it's a good idea to alert us that your e-gold payment is coming so we know it's yours and properly credit it to your account. The best way to do this is to contact us with an email to our billing department.

Pay By MoneyBookers

You may pay for JTAN services with MoneyBookers. Moneybookers is an e-cash service based in the UK that allows international payments to any email address. Payments are based on some world currency.

Our MoneyBookers email is moneybookers@jtan.com. You need to pay JTAN an amount equal to the US Dollar value of the service you are purchasing. Add your JTAN username or Order ID to the payment if you can. If you can't, and you don't use our online form, then it's a good idea to alert us that your MoneyBookers payment is coming so we know it's yours and properly credit it to your account. The best way to do this is to contact us with an email to our billing department.
